Editorial Standards
This site earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through its links. That is disclosed in the footer of every page. It does not change what is published: dimension and specification figures are transcribed as Wisteria Lane states them, not written to flatter a listing.
Where the figures come from
Material, included parts and published size are taken from each listing's own title and Creators API feature text. Item dimensions are cross-checked against the Creators API's own productInfo - where that cross-check turned up a mismatch (a fire pit table's title stating a rounded 54 in against the API's precise 54.3 in; a dining set's own title calling its table "round" while a separate productInfo field says "rectangular"), the mismatch is shown on that product's own page rather than silently resolved. Checked across all 20 products' itemDimensions for exact matches between unrelated listings (the kind of collision that would mean one figure describes a shared part, not the whole product) - the only match found was between the two color variants of the same 5-piece sectional set, which is expected, not a red flag. Nothing here has been measured in person by this site's publisher, and the site does not claim otherwise.
A product dropped from this catalogue
One product named in this site's original product list was not published: its own Creators API brand and manufacturer fields both returned a different company, not Wisteria Lane - despite an identical listing style to a Wisteria Lane pergola sold elsewhere in this range. Rather than publish a competitor's product under this brand's name, or claim a brand affiliation the manufacturer's own data contradicts, it was left out entirely.
Why a listing's own fields are checked against each other, not assumed to agree
A product's title, its own feature text and its own Creators API productInfo don't always agree with each other - several listings in this range state a piece count in their own title that their own productInfo.unitCount field doesn't repeat. Where a listing's own fields genuinely disagree, both figures are shown rather than one being picked as correct.
What is deliberately not here
Prices. They change daily; a printed price is wrong within a week.
Ratings and review counts. They belong to the platform that collected them - see the range FAQ on the home page for where to actually find them.
An assembled conversation-set or dining-set footprint Wisteria Lane hasn't published. None of the 12 products in those two groups states one - this site does not estimate it from piece count. See how much space a patio set needs.
The distance between a pergola's own support posts. Neither pergola in this range publishes it - only the outer roof footprint. See the sizing pages.
Assembly, ignition, gas-line connection or anchoring instructions. Not for either fire pit, either pergola or the carport - that documentation comes from the manufacturer, not this site. See where to find official assembly instructions.
